16 Great Aff ck koad .Xof t1� <br /> Alaslzhee,NIassachuseus 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PERMIT DECISION EXTENSION <br /> JOBS-WHITINGS TRUST <br /> MASHPEE COMMONS —JOBS &WHITINGS ROAD COMMERICAL SPACE <br /> On March 27, 2013, The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held an open <br /> discussion at the Mashpee Town Hall regarding a request for extension of the <br /> Comprehensive Permit granted to Jobs-Whitings Trust on February 7, 2007 for <br /> property located off Rt. 151 and Rt. 28 comprised of parcels shown as Map 73, Lot <br /> 10, Map 74, Lot 34 and Map 74, Lot 20. <br /> The following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and <br /> acting throughout: Board Members, Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, <br /> James Reiffarth, Judith Horton and Associates Members John M. Dorsey and <br /> Domingo K. DeBarros. Also present was Richard E. Morgan, Building <br /> Commissioner. <br /> A full public hearing and notification was not required under GL c. 40B to <br /> implement an insubstantial change to a comprehensive permit. <br /> Douglas Storrs, and Councilor Michael Ford represented Jobs-Whitings <br /> Trust addressed the Zoning Board to discuss the Comprehensive Permit February <br /> 15, 2013 expiration date to be coterminous with the Planning Board Special <br /> Pen-nit dated April 2, 2014. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board approved the request for an open <br /> discussion from Job-Whitings Trust of Chapter 40B Mashpee Commons <br /> Comprehensive Permit granted to Jobs-Whitings Trust on February 7, 2007 for <br /> property located off Rt. 151 and Rt. 28 comprised of parcels shown as Map 73, <br /> Lot 10, Map 74, Lot 34 and Map 74, Lot 20 is granted. <br /> This is contingent upon the extension of the Planning Board Special <br /> Permit that expires on April 2, 2014 to coincide with expiration date be the same <br /> for the Comprehensive Permit issued by Zoning Board of Appeals and references <br /> the letter and Findings 1-23 attached, dated March 8, 2013 sent to Jonathon <br /> Furbush, Chairman of Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals, from Doug Storrs on <br /> behalf of Jobs-Whitings Trust and the attached letter from Town Council, Patrick <br /> Costello, dated March 22, 2013 sent to Jonathan Furbush, Chairman of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals related to this matter. <br /> 1 <br />
