Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, March 26, 2008 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on <br />Wednesday, March 26, 2008. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board <br />Members Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, William Blaisdell were <br />present. Board Members Zella Elizenberry and James Reiffarth were <br />absent. Alternate Board Members Jack Dorsey and Peter Hinden were <br />present. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:25 p.m. (2 late arrivals) <br />Jonathan Furbush reads the continuances <br />Taurus DCP-Mashoee 2008 LLC c/o David Pina: Requests a Special <br />Permit from Sections 174-25 G(7), G(9), G(4), F(3) and D(1) of the Zoning <br />By-laws in order to open/operate a Sanitation Company/Charter Bus <br />Company/Towing Business/Winter Boat Storage and Repair on property <br />located in an I-1 zoning district at 53 Bowdoin Road (Map 62 Parcel 78) <br />Mashpee, MA that was previously being used as towing/auto service <br />repair/salvage yard. Owner of Record: T&D Realtv Trust, Carole <br />Moreado, Trustee: sale nendine. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, William Blaisdell, Jack <br />Dorsey and Peter Hinden <br />The Board reconvened on this matter March 26, 2008 to address the <br />Board of Health and how things were settled with applicant Board of <br />Health. William Blaisdell was present at the previous hearing <br />although he was not sitting. He will be sitting tonight. Attorney <br />Kirrane addresses the Board of Health issue out standing at the <br />previous hearing. Bob Nelson has "boat storage striken from the <br />application and records but allows "boat repair" to remain. <br />
