Attorney Kirrane informs
the Board that there is no nuisance intended from the trash in the
truck. It was decided that upon occasion, refuse may from time to
time remain in the truck.
The paving will be done within the first year of occupancy; MDC
drains and sorbant pillows will be there. Robert Nelson moves to
have the March 18, 2008 memo from the Board of Health
incorporation into the decision the ZBA will write for this property. All
agree. So moved.
The Board discusses extreme heat on a hot summer day and what
that will do to the refuse in the trucks if there is any. Attorney
Kirrane states that would constitute nuisance. They will be allowed
"occasional overnight use'.
DPW Memo discusses the fence — Director Catherine Laurent wants
the tail end of the cars that are parking near the fence to not stick
out onto the street or have the fence removed.
. Mr. Pina will not permit any parked vehicles for sale in the front or on
the public property. Robert Nelson states there will be "no parking of
unregistered vehicles/trailers permitted outside the locus'.
Richard Stevens mentions again there is one open wire inspection
and one open plumbing inspection. The Board would like the DPW
memo attached to the decision as well.
Bob Nelson states that no more than 2 buses will be allowed on the
property and no taxis or limosines. Mr. Pina states that he does own
a personal limosine.
Jonathan Furbush moves to grant the Special Permit. Robert Nelson
seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
