Board <br />Members Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, William Blaisdell, and <br />James Reiffarth were present. Alternate Board members Jack Dorsey <br />and Peter Hinden were present. Board Member Zella Elizenberry was <br />absent. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 pm.. <br />Jonathan Furbush reads the continuances <br />• New Public Hearings <br />Wilson Colucci and Jill Downing: Request a Special Permit from Section <br />174-25(1)(9) of the zoning by-laws to construct and maintain a dock, ramp <br />and float with maintenance and perpetuity on property located in an R-3 <br />zoning district at 106 Summersea Road (Map 105 Parcel 47) Mashpee, MA. <br />Wilson Colucci and Jill Downing: Request a Variance from Section 174- <br />25(I)(9) of the zoning by-laws to exceed the maximum of 70 feet from <br />MHW by 13 feet per the request of the Division of Marine Fisheries letter to <br />extend the dock to slightly deeper water on property located in an R-3 <br />zoning district at 106 Summersea Road (Map 105 Parcel 47) Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and Jack <br />Dorsey. <br />John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents, the applicants for their request <br />for a Special Permit and Variance for a dock. They have owned the property for six <br />months: There is a letter from the Division of Marine Fisheries outlining their concerns <br />with the request. In part, the variance is needed due to their request to separate the <br />• distance between the pilings and lengthen the ramp. They feel it is better to be in two <br />feet of water as stated by the corps of engineers. Conservation has asked that the area <br />
