Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Adam Hayes <br /> 2 V-08-19 <br /> Applicant is adding a deck in order to have more outside living space. The Board finds <br /> their request reasonable. Jonathan Furbush makes a motion to grant: <br /> ✓ A 5 foot front yard setback variance <br /> ✓ A 7 foot sideyard setback variance <br /> ✓ .04% lot coverage <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 112 Uncle Percy's Road and contains <br /> 6,000 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> l. a literal enforcement of the By-laws would involve substantial hardship to <br /> the petitioner. <br /> 2. Desirable relief may be granted without substantial detriment to the public <br /> good and without nullifying or substantially derogating from the intent or <br /> purpose of the by-law. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 14, 2008 to <br /> grant the following: <br /> ✓ A 5 foot front yard setback variance <br /> ✓ A 7 foot sideyard setback variance <br /> ✓ .04% lot coverage <br /> Reference plans from Hartford&Associates, Architects of Boston, MA, dated April <br /> 15, 2008, revised April 22, 2008, revised April 30, 2008. <br />
