Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, April 25, 2008 and May 2, <br /> - 2008, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James <br /> Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and Peter Hinden. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Richard Pomroy of South Easton, MA, Project Manager for the new library <br /> represents the Town on the variance requests for the building. There are currently 5 <br /> variances being applied to the ZBA for, 4 for setback and one for building height. The <br /> -- proposed library will be a two story building and contain approximately 20,800 square <br /> �. feet. This building will have the capacity to hold 380 occupants which is the build out <br />
