A change of use requires that a Title V septic inspection be performed and approved by <br /> the Health Department. I have spoken with your landlord Roy Ricci regarding this and <br /> he is prepared to have this done for you. <br /> 2.) We have no record of any permits for the construction of the bathroom in your unit. A <br /> building,plumbing and electrical permit is required for each trade. It is my <br /> understanding that you were responsible for the work and will make certain that the <br /> proper permits are obtained and that all inspections will be performed. <br /> 3.) Due to the change of use from private to open to the public,both the unit and the new <br /> Bathroom are to be Handicap Accessible. <br /> 4.) The parking lot for the project is in need of layout and marking. You will need a Van <br /> Accessible space dedicated to your unit and meet any other requirements of 521 CMR <br /> and the Architectural Access Board. YouKr,Zt&uibd i0(haNMl space for every 200 sq. <br /> ft. of gross floor area. Your unit is+/- 1650 sq. ft. and 9 spaces should be dedicated to <br /> your unit. There is ample parking on existing on site. <br /> I have spoken with the property developer, Giatr14 and he is aware of the need <br /> to mark the entire parking lot as required b s 66al)p;MW <br /> 5.)
