Their decision was
contingent on all approvals from the Board of Health.
✓ Bob Nelson discusses re -appointments to the members that are up for renewal.
He reminds them that although rare, that there is always the possibility of being
involved in a lawsuit from one of the applicants. He wants them to keep this in
mind as they consider reappointment.
✓ Library and the Post Office — there are some minor changes that Mr. Doug Storrs
wishes to make regarding the re -arranging of the handicapped parking spots. He
has a planned meeting with Building Commissioner, Rich Stevens to discuss that
it be done administratively. Mr. Nelson has also indicated a length of 180 feet
for the paving (to end at Steeple Street and not the end of Route 15 1)
✓ Bob Nelson asks the Board to consider voting for the articles for submission to
town warrant for the October Town Meeting. They are in their folders for review
and he will ask for a vote on them at the next hearing.
✓ The Board will also need to re -organize on the July 9"' hearing. All the re-
appointments should be in place by then.
William Blaisdell makes a motion to adjourn the hearing. Peter Hinden seconds the
motion.
