Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on July 28, 2008 and August 1, 2008, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting tluoughout: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James <br /> Reiffarth, Jack Dorsey and William Blaisdell. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Brian Warburton from Salt Spray Sheds represents the applicant at this hearing. <br /> They are seeking a variance from the setback requirements in order to build a 12' x 18' <br /> shed. Robert Nelson asks Mr. Warburton and/or Rich Stevens the difference between a <br /> shed and a garage? Mr. Stevens says that whatever the applicant is applying for ... that is <br /> what it should be referred to as. Mr. Warburton states that the plot plan currently shows <br />
