0 <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />5 October 8, 2008 <br />✓ A letter from the Fire Department stating that they are <br />fine with the building. They mention the one hour rating <br />between walls would be necessary. <br />Mr. Silva initially states that money is a problem to complete <br />the paving at this time. Ms. Thompson states that her client <br />has to upgrade the septic system that includes increasing the <br />leaching field to accommodate the auto repair shop. They <br />discuss the striping and the handicapped spots as well. Mr. <br />Nelson tells Mr. Silva they don't want him to waste any money <br />striping once now and then again after the paving is completed. <br />Mr. Silva now states that the paving will be done as soon as he <br />can. Mr. Nelson states the once the filing is complete, the <br />decision will reflect all of this to be completed within one year <br />of the filing with the town clerk. Mr. Nelson mentions that <br />they will require 20 feet between parking spots and 1 '/Z " of <br />topcoat. The dumpster is in the rear of the building and Mr. <br />Nelson asks that a concrete slab be added. Mr. Silva says this <br />will be done immediately. The revised septic plan should show <br />the dumpster. They agree that it is ok for three sides to be <br />enclosed. The hearing for both the Modification and the <br />Special Permit from Mr.Foley will be heard on November 12, <br />2008. <br />Bob Nelson makes a motion to accept the minutes from <br />September 24, 2008 as amended.
