Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />February 1, 2007 <br />Present: Bob Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Jonathan Furbush, <br />James Reiffarth, Fred Borgeson, George Bolton <br />Jason Talerman — Special Counsel <br />Douglas Stops — Jobs -Whitings Trust <br />Peter Freeman — Jobs -Whitings Trust <br />Charles Rowley — Town Engineer <br />Absent: Eric Dublier, Martin Gordon <br />Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Nelson at 1:05 p.m. <br />Town Hall, Conference Room #1 <br />Jobs & Whitines Neiebborhoods — Review of Comprehensive Permit <br />Application: <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals re -convened the Chapter 40B <br />Hearing relative to the Jobs -Whitings Neighborhoods, a comprehensive <br />Permit application for 382 housing units and approximately 40,900 square <br />feet of commercial and office space located adjacent to Mashpee <br />Commons. It was noted the Zoning Board of Appeals at their meeting of <br />January 16, 2007 closed the testimony related to public hearing. <br />The following updated draft documents were reviewed; <br />✓ Decision on Comprehensive Permit Application: 1-25-07 <br />✓ Rules & Regulations Governing Jobs & Whitings <br />Neighborhood Design Review Process: 1-31-07 <br />✓ Inspection Procedures for Mashpee Commons, <br />Jobs/Whiting Neighborhood prepared by Charles Rowley, <br />Town Engineer: 1-31-07 (Exhibit C) <br />✓ Correspondence from Special Counsel Talerman re: <br />Summarized Changes to the Conditions: 1-24-07 <br />
