LLC: Mashvee Woods Development:
The Zoning Board of Appeals reconvened the Public Hearing on the
Chapter 40B comprehensive permit application of Mashpee Woods
Development to construct a total of 120 units of attached housing, twenty-
four units to be rental of which six would be affordable and ninety-six
units would be for sale of which twenty-four units would be affordable.
All units are proposed to be two bedroom units, a total of 240 bedrooms.
Property is located at 588 Main Street in an 1-1 zoning district (Map 19
Parcel 10) Mashpee, MA.
Steven Giatrellis, Mashpee Woods Development was in attendance with
his counsel Kevin Kirrane to continue discussions regarding the Chapter
40B project application.
In the absence of Special Counsel Jason Talerman, it was agreed that legal
subjects would not be discussed at this time. It was agreed, the letter received from the AHC several months
ago would be forwarded to the applicant and special counsel for review.
The ZBA Board agreed to continue to address issues that arose from the
last meeting. Matters for discussion included the appraisal, drainage
• issues, egress, the project fire suppression system, handicapped parking,
dumpster locations, water district issues, and storm water management
practices.
