Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />February 8, 2007 <br />In recap, matters to consider as it relates to the Mashpee Woods Chapter <br />40 comprehensive permit include; <br />2 Entrances & Egresses — A requirement of ZBA <br />Opinion from Special Counsel — Is roadway a part of 40B advertisement? <br />Obtain written comment from Water District <br />Back-up System recommended for rain garden <br />Road Design to capture as much water as possible <br />Recycling — adhere to future Board of Health regulations <br />Applicant to address Fire Chief's concerns <br />ZBA to review designation for each building (market/affordable/rental) <br />NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: <br />Motion made by Ms. Elizenberry to continue the Chapter 40B <br />Comprehensive Permit Application of Mashpee Woods to Wednesday, <br />February 2t, 2007 at 3:15 p.m. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Brem. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />Edwina & Edward Johnson 45 Coombs Lane — Mashuee: <br />Acting on the advice of counsel, the Zoning Board of Appeals re -opened <br />the Public Hearing on the matter of Edwina & Edward Johnson, 45 <br />Coombs Lane, Mashpee. <br />Motion made by Mr. Borgeson to modify the variance #V07-21 to <br />eliminate the $14,000 revenue to be collected through the variance <br />effective on this date, February 8, 2007. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Elizenberry. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />Jobs-Whitines Comprehensive Permit Application: <br />The ZBA Board agreed to execute final documentation relative to the <br />Jobs -Whitings Residential Neighborhood Master Plan at the February 14, <br />2007 meeting. <br />0 <br />
