• Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />February 21, 2007 <br />Present: Bob Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Jonathan Furbush, <br />Fred Borgeson, James Reiffarth, George Bolton <br />Special Counsel Jason Talerman <br />Absent: Eric Dublier, Martin Gordon <br />Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Nelson at 3:15 p.m. <br />Town Hall, Conference Room #1 <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br />Public Hearing cont'd: ABKJJT. LLC: Mashnee Woods Development: <br />The Zoning Board of Appeals reconvened the Public Hearing on the <br />Chapter 40B comprehensive permit application of Mashpee Woods <br />Development to construct a total of 120 units of attached housing, <br />twenty-four units to be rental of which six would be affordable and ninety- <br />six units would be for sale of which twenty-four units would be <br />affordable. All units are proposed to be two bedroom units, a total of 240 <br />bedrooms. Property is located at 588 Main Street in an I-1 zoning district <br />(Map 19, Parcel 10) Mashpee, MA. <br />Steven Giatrellis Mashpee Woods Development was in attendance with <br />his representing counsel Kevin Kirrane to continue discussions regarding <br />the Chapter 40B project application. John Slavinksy, Cape & Islands <br />Engineering was also present for discussion purposes. <br />A revised plan of the Mashpee Woods residential area dated January 29, <br />2007 was presented to the ZBA Board for additional review. The drawing <br />was noted to be reflective of the plan previously submitted to the Board. <br />Shaded areas were incorporated into the revised plan to detail the 31.9 <br />acre site within the limits of the comprehensive permit application. The <br />applicant was requested to date all new material submitted to the ZBA <br />Board to assist in the ongoing review of the project proposal. <br />Continuing matters regarding the project proposal were discussed. <br />0 <br />
