Sill plate: 2x6 pressure treated with seal insulation between concrete wall. <br /> 7. Joist hangars: used when necessary by code. <br /> 8. Floor joists,to be sized and noted on plans. <br /> 9. Structural girders- to be sized and noted per plans. <br /> 10. Note: Builder reserves option to substitute lumber with equivalents. <br /> F. EXTERIOR <br /> 1. Front- Clapboard 1/2" x 6" red cedar,pre-primed finger jointed, 4" +/-to <br /> weather. <br /> 2. Sides and rear- White cedar shingles (white clear grade with maximum 5"+/- <br /> exposure). <br /> 3. Roof- 25 year IKO architectural shingles. <br /> 4. White Aluminum Gutters and downspouts—return gutters at front only <br /> 5. Continuous ridge and soffit vents. <br /> 6. Exterior Trim: <br /> a) Window trim- 1 x4#2 pine with cap detail. (Front only) <br /> b) Corner boards: 1x6 & Ix5 #2 pine. <br /> c) Front Door trim: 1X8 pilasters with cap detail#2 pine. <br /> d) Rake boards: Ix8 #2 pine. <br /> e) Rake moulding: 1 x4#2 pine. <br /> f) Fascia board: Ix8 #2 pine. <br /> g) Frieze board: pre-primed pine, size depends on plan. <br /> h) Frieze moulding- 1 1/4" bed moulding <br /> i) Water table: Ix8 #2 pine <br /> Initials: Contractor: <br />
