They are proposing a second phase of affordable housing — 8 units in total to <br />include 2 affordables. <br />They discuss the municipal water supply — there will be 4 shared septic systems. There is <br />no town service on a private way (condo ownership). <br />The street is 40 feet wide and the layout is required. <br />Kevin Kirrane will put unit numbers on them. <br />The envelopes shown on plans have no dimensions. They discuss the swails — is parking <br />permissible on them? It appears parking will be a problem with extra cars. <br />• <br />
