i <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• I lune 37. 3007 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, June 27, 2007 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday. June 27. <br />2007. at the Mashpee Town Hull. Board Mcnnbers Robert Nelson. iIMarshall Brem. Zella <br />Eli-r_enberry and Jonathan Forbush were present along with alternate members .lames <br />Reiffarth, George Bolton and Martin Gordon. Eric Dublirer was absent. <br />Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Zella Elizenberry read the continuances <br />Mvrna Nuev: Ms. Nuey addresses the Board informally regarding the Center Street <br />Village project. Ms. Nuey is an owner of one of the Chapter 40B condominium units. <br />She. alone with 2 other residents are very upset that several outside landscaping items <br />• and some construction things have not been completed outside their units. She feels the <br />quality of outside garage lighting and the fact that grass has not been planted is not what <br />was agreed on in the purchase of sale. Mr. Nelson reads the letter she sent into the Board <br />and the Board guides her as to where she should go for getting these things finished. Mr. <br />Brem suggests they put a date certain out to Mr. McShane to complete these items and <br />then have Ms. Nuey check in with the Board at that point. August 15'h 2007 is what is <br />decided. Ms. Nuey thanks the Board for their time and reiterates that she feels both the <br />40B units and the market rate units should be uniform in look and the landscaping should <br />be done in the same fashion as the rest of the complex. <br />Continued Matters <br />Robert Bevelacqua: Request a Modification of a Special Permit (SP -05-91) 6'0111 to add <br />Sections 174-25 (G)(4) (5) (6) & (9) of the zoning by-laws to have plumbing. electrical <br />and carpentry: a place for manufacturing, wholesale business and storage in a roofed <br />structure on property located in an I-1 -coning district at 103 Industrial Drive (Map 88 <br />Parcel 28) Mashpee. NIA. Owner of Record: Mark and Stacev Ducharme <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson. Zella Elizenbern_< Marshall Brenn. .lames Reiffarth and Jonathan <br />Forbush. <br />John Slavinsky ol'Cape R Islands Engincering represents the applicant. They are seeking <br />• to modify the existing special permit (SP -05-91) that the previous owner had in place. <br />They will keep the same square footage of what was proposed bui they are building 2 <br />buildings. They are seeking to add plumbing. electrical. carpentrv_a place for <br />
