i Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes • I lune 37. 3007 TOWN OF MASHPEE Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes — Wednesday, June 27, 2007 The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday. June 27. 2007. at the Mashpee Town Hull. Board Mcnnbers Robert Nelson. iIMarshall Brem. Zella Eli-r_enberry and Jonathan Forbush were present along with alternate members .lames Reiffarth, George Bolton and Martin Gordon. Eric Dublirer was absent. Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Zella Elizenberry read the continuances Mvrna Nuev: Ms. Nuey addresses the Board informally regarding the Center Street Village project. Ms. Nuey is an owner of one of the Chapter 40B condominium units. She. alone with 2 other residents are very upset that several outside landscaping items • and some construction things have not been completed outside their units. She feels the quality of outside garage lighting and the fact that grass has not been planted is not what was agreed on in the purchase of sale. Mr. Nelson reads the letter she sent into the Board and the Board guides her as to where she should go for getting these things finished. Mr. Brem suggests they put a date certain out to Mr. McShane to complete these items and then have Ms. Nuey check in with the Board at that point. August 15'h 2007 is what is decided. Ms. Nuey thanks the Board for their time and reiterates that she feels both the 40B units and the market rate units should be uniform in look and the landscaping should be done in the same fashion as the rest of the complex. Continued Matters Robert Bevelacqua: Request a Modification of a Special Permit (SP -05-91) 6'0111 to add Sections 174-25 (G)(4) (5) (6) & (9) of the zoning by-laws to have plumbing. electrical and carpentry: a place for manufacturing, wholesale business and storage in a roofed structure on property located in an I-1 -coning district at 103 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Parcel 28) Mashpee.
