Zella Elizenberry. Marshall Brem, Jonathan Forbush and .lames <br />Reiffarth. <br />Jeremiah Burnett represents the applicant at this hearing. He is seeking to build an <br />accessory apartment. The lot coverage is adequate, the parking is adequate and it will be <br />owner occupied. The Board reviews the plans and the applicant has gone through the <br />Plan Review process. Ma. <br />• 260 Heath Street Realtv Trust: Requests a Variance Brom Section 174-25 (1)(9) of the <br />zoning by-laws in order to build a pier, ramp and float that will extend beyond the 70 foot <br />limit from the mean high water on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 16 <br />Popponesset Island Road (Map 105 Parcel 265) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Jonathan Furbush and James <br />Reiffarth. <br />Michael McGrath of Holmes and McGrath represents the applicant at this hearing. They <br />are seeking a special permit in order to build a pier. ramp and float and a variance to <br />exceed the 70 foot maximum allowable limit for the length. Mr. McGrath informs the <br />Board that all criteria have been met for obtaining a special permit. The Shellfish Warden <br />has approved the matter. There will be installation of a rip rap wall. The variance <br />requested is 69 feet. The Board reviews the plans and find the request to be acceptable <br />for the installation of a pier, ramp and float. Marshall Bern moves to grant a Special <br />Permit. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Marshall Brem <br />makes a motion to grant a 69 foot variance to the dock length.
