Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />1 August 8, 2007 <br />• TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, August 8, 2007 <br />ReLyular Hearing AND McShane II Project 40B <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 8, <br />2007. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenbeny, <br />(arrived at 7:15 pm) Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and George Bolton were present <br />along with alternate members Martin Gordon and William Blaisdell. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Jonathan reads the continuances. <br />.James Crocker, Jr.: Requests a Modification of a Special Permit from Section 174- <br />24A(4), 174-24(C), 174-25 D(1) and 174-25 D(2) of the zoning by-laws in order to add <br />• medical use to the existing special permit (SP -06-58) on property located in a C-2 zoning <br />district at 14 Sampsons Mill Road (Map 62 Parcel 247) Mashpee, MA. <br />James Crocker, Jr.: Requests a Modification of a Special Permit from Section 174- <br />24A(4), 174-24(C), 174-25 D(1) and 174-25 D(2) of the zoning by-laws in order to add <br />medical use to the existing special permit (SP -02-87) on property located in a C-2 zoning <br />district at 160 Falmouth Road (Map 54 Parcel 248) Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, George Bolton and Martin <br />Gordon. <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane of Dunning and Kirrane represents the applicant at this <br />hearing. There are two special permits in existence (SP -02-87) and (SP -06-58) for these <br />commercial buildings that have not yet been built. Applicant is seeking to add a medical <br />use for both buildings therefore modifying the Special Permits. The Board discusses the <br />parking with Mat Eddy of Baxter and Nye — on lot one, 28 spots will be provided and on <br />lot two 35 spots will be provided. One additional handicapped spot will be provided (or <br />each building which will now total six spots. Jonathan Furbush moves to grant the <br />modification of the Special Permit for 14 Sampsons Mill Road (SP -06-58) to add medical <br />use. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Jonathan Furbush makes a <br />motion to grant the modification of the Special Permit for 160 Falmouth road (SP -02-87) <br />to add medical use. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree.
