Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 1 September 12, 2007 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, September 12, 2007 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September <br />12, 2007. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br />Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and George Bolton were present along with alternate <br />member William Blaisdell. Alternate Member Martin Gordon was absent. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 p.m.. <br />Tuvetchi Fisher-Rodden: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25(D)(1) of the <br />Zoning By-laws in order to maintain an skin care/massage center on property located in <br />an 1-1 zoning district at 766 Falmouth Road (Map 88 Parcel 38) Mashpee, MA. <br />And re -advertised <br />• Tuvetchi Fisher-Rodden: Requests an addition of Section 174-25 D(2) of the Zoning <br />By-laws to modify Special Permit currently being heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />in order to build an skin care/massage center on property located in an 1-1 zoning district <br />at 766 Falmouth Road (Map 88 Parcel 38) Mashpee, MA. <br />Zella Elizenberry read this as a continued matter. Attorney Kirrane faxed over a letter at <br />noon time today asking for a continuance until September 12, 2007 due to the fact that <br />his client had not given him the list of uses the Board had asked for at the last hearing. <br />The Board reluctantly granted the continuance and stated that this will be the last <br />continuance on this matter, one way or the other. Mr. Nelson informed that public that <br />there were many people who were interested in attending this hearing and that Lori Corsi <br />had numerous calls to make to try and reach everyone to inform them of the last minute <br />cancellation. <br />NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Kenneth Marsters.
