174-25 —By-law is a "Use Table" explaining all uses <br /> allowed/prohibited in Mashpee. Waiver is required for approval but is <br /> granted only to the extent to develop the project as shown on the Plans and <br /> as conditioned by this decision. This waiver is granted provided that: (1) <br /> residential uses are limited to those described hereunder; and (2) <br /> commercial uses are limited to those described in Section II hereof. <br /> S 174-25.1 —Waiver request withdrawn by Applicant. <br /> 174-26 —By-law regulates development phasing.
