a. Mashpee Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The Applicant requests a <br /> waiver from the Mashpee Subdivision Rules and Regulations in their <br /> entirety, with the exception of construction standards for road (but <br /> allowing road widths as shown on the Project Plans, as amended). This <br /> waiver request is granted but only to the extent required to develop the <br /> project as shown on the Plans. If Job's Fishing Road, which presently <br /> exists, does not comply witli said road construction standards, the <br /> Applicant shall reconstruct the road accordingly. <br /> b. Mashpee Zoning By-laiN,s. <br /> 5174-9—By-law requires compliance with Zoning By-laws as a <br /> whole. Waiver is required for approval but is granted only to the extent to <br /> develop the project as shown on the Plans and as conditioned by this <br /> decision. <br /> -. §174-11 —By-law regulates development on lots located in <br /> multiple zoning districts. Waiver is required for <br /> approval but is granted only to the extent to develop the project as shown <br /> on the Plans and as conditioned by this decision. <br /> f - S 174-21 —By-law provides standards for non-conforming lots. <br /> Some limited waiver of this by-law may be required for approval and is <br /> granted but only to the extent to develop the project as shown on the Plans <br /> and as conditioned by this decision. <br /> S 174-21 .1 —By-law regulates requirements for design of <br /> storniwater management infrastructure. This waiver is granted provided <br /> that the Applicant comply with the Conditions hereof, which provide for <br /> review and approval of stormwater management infrastructure. <br /> 5174-22—By-law regulates general compliance with uses <br /> delineated in Zoning By-laws as a whole. Waiver is required for approval <br /> but is granted only to the extent to develop the project as shown on the <br /> Plans and as conditioned by this decision. This waiver is granted provided <br /> that: (1) residential uses are limited to those described hereunder; and(2) <br /> commercial uses are limited to those described in Section II hereof. <br /> §174-23 —By-law requires security for project infrastructure. This <br /> By-law is waived, provided that the Applicant strictly complies with the <br /> security provisions described in the Conditions described in this Decision. <br /> §174-24—By-law regulates and explains different forms of relief <br /> for various uses allowed under Use Table in Zoning By-laws, including <br /> stringent regulations for special permits.
