'uTdn iz Fis �•�h3 a'..•k .__._ - .........J <br /> Fences may have stucco, brick or stone bases and columns between other materials. <br /> Gates on frontage walls shall rnade of wood or metal. <br /> Street walls that screen parking or rear yards should be between 3.5 and 8 feet in height and <br /> constructed of a material matching the adjacent building Facade. The street wall may be <br /> replaced by a hedge or fence. <br /> ° Street walls, fences and hedges shall have ground level openings no larger than necessary to <br /> allow automobile and pedestrian access. Openings in street walls are permitted only in walls <br /> facing a public way. <br /> • Street walls and piers may be capped with a coping made of stucco, concrete or stone. Nall <br /> tops without a coping may be flat, beveled or rounded in section. Piers may be capped with <br /> finials, subject to approval of the Neighborhood Architect. <br /> Paving associated with residential building entries, driveways and on-site parking.areos are <br /> encouraged to be pervious and limited to concrete pavers or cobblestone over sand bed, <br /> gravel, crushed shell or stone, or stabilized sand.Concrete pavers-shall-be one color only, in off-white, gray or beige range. Edge restraints shall be granite, concrete curbs <br /> or steel banding flush with paving.All paving materials and configurations are subject <br /> to approval of the Neighborhood Architect. <br /> • Corners at driveway entries shall not exceed five feet(5') radius. <br /> Paving within private yards and courts not visible from a public way and uncovered by roofs <br /> shall be composed of at least 50%pervious materials. <br /> Prohibited: <br /> Foam-applied moldings and trim at street walls <br /> •Vdood decking at walks <br /> •Pressure-treated wood, fiberglass or vinyl,gate and fencing material <br /> Stamped, painted or stained pavers (mineral stains are <br /> permitted where pavers are not visible from a public way) <br /> Mashpee Commons Cape Cod,Massachusetts <br />
