THE,SOBS &WHITINGS NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> i . <br /> Building Element's <br /> Exterior stairs shall be made of wood, metal or stuccoed concrete/masonry. <br /> Chimneys, when protruding from an exterior facade, shall emend to the ground and be made <br /> of brick, stone or stuccoed concrete/masonry. <br /> Flues may be black painted, galvanized metal, or fired clay. <br /> The Neighborhood Architect shall review keystones and Quoins. <br /> Chimneys, wall buttresses (sixteen-inch [16"] minimum thickness), planters,fountains, <br /> basins, benches and related civic amenities are allowed to encroach in required setback areas <br /> along pedestrian frontages. Decorative 8lements related to such features are subject <br /> to approval of the Neighborhood Architect. <br /> • In-ground swimming pools, fountains and water basins are permitted within private lots and <br /> courts provided they are not readily visible from a public way. All pools shall be located in an <br /> area that will not adversely affect the quiet enjoyment of the neighboring properties. <br /> • Fountains and water basins located within the first layer of the lot are subject to approval by <br /> the Neighborhood Architect. <br /> • Mechanical and pool equipment, utility meters, satellite dishes (limited to twenty-four-inch <br /> [241 diameter or less),trash enclosure and similar elements shall be located so as <br /> to minimize noise and visibility to neighboring lots or the public way,shall be screened <br /> from view by stucco, masonry and/or wood enclosure walls and gates. <br /> Prohibited:Metal pan pan stairs with concrete steps <br /> Moshpee Commons Cape Cod,Massachusetts <br />
