Mashpee Zoning Cape Cod Appliance 3 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> SP-06-11 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 17 Cape Drive and contains 28,108 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br /> the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br /> Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February <br /> 22,2006 to grant the Special Permit on the subject property. The special permit is <br /> conditioned on plans from Yankee Survey Consultants of Marstons Mills, MA, dated <br /> November 5, 2004, revised November 9, 2004, December 1, 2004, March 3, 2005, <br /> January 27, 2006 and February 21, 2006. <br /> L <br />
