Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Craig Ibbitson <br /> 2 V-06-36 <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 55 Pond Circle and contains 15,900 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. a literal enforcement of the By-laws would involve substantial hardship to <br /> the petitioner. <br /> 2. Desirable relief may be granted without substantial detriment to the public <br /> good and without nullifying or substantially derogating from the intent or <br /> purpose of the by-law. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a 10.3 foot variance on the <br /> southerly side, a 9.9 foot variance on the northerly side and 44 foot frontage.variance on <br /> Pond Circle. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on May 24, 2006 to grant this to Petitioner. This variance is conditioned <br /> upon plans Christopher Costa and Associates, dated November 28, 2005, revised January <br /> 9, 2006, revised January 30, 2006 and revised May 11, 2006. <br /> l <br />
