• <br />• <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals .lobs Whiting Trust <br />I Mashpee Commons Ch. 40B <br />Minutes May 30, 2006 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />el <br />Public Hearing for Jobs Whiting Trust <br />May 30, 2006 <br />Board Members Present: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall <br />Brem, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth <br />Board.Members Absent: Frederick Borgeson and Eric Dublirer <br />Attorney .Jason Talerman of Kopelman & Paige, Special Counsel for <br />Project. <br />Charles Rowley, ZBA Engineer for project <br />Chairman Robert Nelson brought the hearing to order at 1:00 p.m. <br />Jobs & Whitines Residential Neiuhborhoods Affordable & Units Plans: <br />Douglas Storrs, NIashpee Commons Limited Partnership was in <br />attendance to continue discussions relative to the Jobs/Whitines residential <br />neighborhoods phasing plan. <br />Attornev .lason Talerman informs the Board that shortly it may be allowable to miss <br />one meeting on the 4013's and still be able to vote. It would require viewing the video <br />tape but this must be passed at the October Town Meetin'u. <br />Marshall Brem questions the water hook up. Is that problem fixed at this point. Mr. <br />Storrs answers that yes the reserved capacity agreement has a secured hookup. Mr. Storrs <br />will forward the agreement. <br />Items Discussed: <br />25 mph speed limit on Jobs Fishing Road <br />Church agreement with Father McManus <br />• parking on Jobs Fishing, Road South change to one side <br />added 2 single family units to project <br />added 3 duplexes to project <br />
