They lost 8 patio homes with the <br />the agreement ol' the church falling throu11h. <br />Cottage Lane to street and Academy Street - SDA. <br />Proposed One Way Streets: <br />George Baker. Fire Chief discusses the fact that this is a new plan that he is <br />seeing. To date, things have been in agreement with this project. Nlarshall Brem is <br />concerned that the Fire Chief be happy with the turn arounds and the way the streets are <br />layed out. If there needs to be a major turn in the roadway.. then the road should be <br />• named differently to distinguish. They should accept the layout and then assign the <br />names. <br />Numbering and Naming; a public hearing must be held for this. <br />Charles Rowlev: discusses the riLlit an' -le turns. as the phasing becomes more evident it <br />will evolve and become easier. <br />It is discussed that Meeting Street and Garden Lane angles are not good. The Board feels <br />there may be many pedestrians in this area. <br />Dow-, Storrs mentions the floor plans at this point will be similar but not exact until the <br />project gains momentwn. <br />The Board discusses ownership on duplexes: <br />Ylr. Storrs mentions that the best way is to have one clear owner and rent the <br />other side as an accessoary apartment. Discussion of certain number of accessory <br />apartments. <br />DFICD: A discussion ensues regarding accessory apartments and if this would acid units <br />to the total number.. it is decided that the Board cannot get into this at the moment. <br />• I'hc Board will address each variance waiver requestCl: <br />
