Planning <br />Board asked Town Counsel for opinion on whether they need to issue a <br />Planning Board Special Permit - the answer was YES THEY DO.. Mr. Storrs <br />opposes this decision. Discussion of whether or not the 3 attorney should <br />meet — perhaps write a note to sugg=est they address this but continue on. RE: <br />commercial aspect only. <br />7. Performance Bond — bond should be requested. The Board may not waive <br />this. Mr. Rowley mentions it would be about things already built..
