Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />4 lune 14, 2006 <br />garage and the lot coverage will be less than 20%. The Board would like only the <br />certified plot plan to be considered in this decision not the architectural plans. Marshall <br />Brem moves to grant the following variances: <br />✓ A 4 foot sideyard variance on the southwest side for the garage <br />✓ A 4 foot variance on the opposite sideyard <br />✓ A 15,171 square foot fandspace variance <br />✓ A 100 foot frontage variance <br />Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. A roll call vote is taken. <br />Marshall Brem votes yes. Jonathan Furbush votes yes. Robert Nelson votes yes. Zella <br />Elizenberry votes yes. Eric Dublirer votes yes. Reference plans from Steven Doyle and <br />Associates, dated March 23, 2006, revised April 4, 2006 and revised April 19, 2006. <br />OTHER BUSINESS: <br />✓ Mr. Nelson informs the Board that a letter was received from Town Counsel <br />regarding the Mashpee Commons project. Attorney Costello opined that the <br />Planning Board has a right to rule on the commercial aspect of the property in the <br />Chapter 40B project. <br />✓ Additionally, there was a letter received from Kopelman and Paige on the services <br />• our special counsel Jason Talerman will provide for the Mashpee Commons <br />project outlined in a letter. <br />Zella Elizenberry requests the Board go into Executive Session. A roll call vote is taken. <br />Mr. Brem votes yes. Mr. Nelson votes yes. Mr. Dublirer votes. Mr. Furbush votes yes. <br />Mr. Reiffarth votes yes. Mr. Nelson votes yes. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br />It is decided that the Riley matter will be revisited through town counsel first and then the <br />Board will take another look at it. <br />Jonathan Furbush makes a motion to adjourn.
