Crocker, Jr. . 14 Sampson's Mill Road <br /> Lot 2 Map 62 Parcel 247 <br /> SP-06-58 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 29, 2006 by James H. Crocker, Jr. of Osterville, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-24.(A)(4); 174-24(C); 174-25 <br /> (D)(1) and 174-25 (E)(1) of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a <br /> commercial building with retail sales on property located in a C-2 and R-5 zoning district <br /> at 14 Sampson's Mill Road (Map 62 Parcels 247) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> JT newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 28, 2006 and August <br /> 4, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 9, 2006, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenber y, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane of Dunning and Kirrane represents the applicant at this <br /> hearing. Applicant is requesting a Special Permit to construct a 6,851 square foot <br /> building on two floors; whereby 3,558 square feet would be for retail and 3,293 square <br /> feet would be for office space. The Applicant also proposes the construction of 35 <br />
