West <br /> Owner of Record: James Kalweit Map 114 Parcel 95 <br /> SP-06-66 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 22, 2006 by David Hufnagel for a Special Permit <br /> under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws in order to demolish a pre- <br /> existing non-conforming structure and build a new three bedroom house on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 58 Monomoscoy Road West (Map 114 Parcel 95) <br /> Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: James Kalweit <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A.
