West Owner of Record: James Kalweit Map 114 Parcel 95 SP-06-66 A Petition was filed on August 22, 2006 by David Hufnagel for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws in order to demolish a pre- existing non-conforming structure and build a new three bedroom house on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 58 Monomoscoy Road West (Map 114 Parcel 95) Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: James Kalweit Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice Nvas given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 25, 2006 and September 1, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 continued to October 25, 2006, continued to December 13, 2006 and decided on at the hearing on January 10, 2007 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert lizenberr Marshall Brem Jonathan Furbush and Frederick Bor Jeson. This matter was originally heard on September 13, 2006 continued to October 25, 2006, then to December 13, 2006 and then January 10, 2007 whereby the applicant seeks to raze and replace existing dwelling with a new three bedroom dwelling.
