Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />September 28, 2006 <br />Memorandum — 9/27/06: (continued) <br />The Architectural Code and Design Review process will ensure continuity <br />in the design for all buildings. It will also guarantee there is a detailed <br />design review process for all buildings built by someone other than Jobs - <br />Whitings Trust. Discussion followed regarding this matter and the <br />appropriate oversight for the municipality. It was agreed that Special <br />Counsel and one ZBA member would assist in the assessment of the draft <br />Architectural Code and draft Design Review process and report their <br />findings to the full ZBA Board. <br />Comnrehensive Permit Ai plication: <br />The Draft Decision on the Comprehensive Permit Application dated <br />December 1, 2005 was presented to the ZBA Board for review. It was <br />agreed that Special Counsel would assist Jobs -Whitings Trust in review of <br />the referenced document. <br />• The upcoming meetings of the ZBA would consider the Application and <br />other pending matters to move forward with the Board's review of the <br />intended project proposal. Affordability and the (5) intended phases of <br />marketing from an affordable standpoint would be considered. The <br />architect was requested to demonstrate phasing trends to address concerns <br />relative to affordable housing and infrastructure.
