The matter is two fold since applicant needs the <br />square lboulge of the addition in order to keep the inlaw apartment within the 40" <br />maximum gross square footage allowance. The main dwelling without the addition is <br />1.700 square feet which would put the accessory apartment at 5555 which is well over the <br />40% ma.Ninrtun. .John Slavinskv informs the board that they would just have to conk <br />back mice and it scams the by -Jew is somewhat confusing in that regard. Z_ella Elizenberry indicates a negative vote at this time. <br />Frederick Borgeson indicates a negative vote. Mr. Nelson informs i\4 r. Slavinskv at this <br />time that he can see where this is going. Mn Slavinskv takes a moment to discuss <br />options with his client. Atter some discussion. iNdr. Slavinsky asks to withdraw both the <br />special permit and the variance application. The Board accepts the request.
