• Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />October 12, 2006 <br />II. Proiect and Pronertv Descriution: (continued) <br />10. Project engineer to review traffic study. <br />11. Mr. Storrs was requested to estimate the # of on -street parking spaces <br />and to make a recommendation regarding shadow parking spaces. <br />Amendment to read: All two or more bedroom apartments and <br />condominiums will have two off street parking spaces. <br />13. Village greens shall not be used for development purposes. <br />Neighborhood uses for passive recreation shall be permissible. <br />14. Figures are subject to change. <br />15. Storm Water Management Plans. It was agreed a Master Plan would <br />be developed that would include more specificity with each phase to <br />support the master plan and ensure the calculations would not effect <br />• the configuration of the plan. <br />The Applicant is presently obtaining data regarding conceptual design <br />features related to storm water management, and agreed to present a <br />detailed plan to the ZBA Board and Project Engineer at the next <br />meeting. <br />The Board will continue review of the Decision on the Comprehensive <br />Permit Application at the next meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Phasins Plan: <br />The Architect presented a Phasing Plan relative to Market & Affordability. <br />It was agreed the 7 -Phase Plan was the most logical configuration: <br />Subdivision Plan: <br />An updated subdivision plan dated October 12, 2006 was presented to the <br />Board for review. The schematic was requested to be color coded for ease <br />of distinction. <br />0 <br />
