The Monitory Agent for the project shall be the developer. <br />Incorporate language to reference MassHousin¢ standards and within (30) <br />days of submittal. <br />20. The Applicant may earn no more than 20% profit for the home <br />ownership portion of the project. It was noted that MassHousing requires <br />a certification process and policies to avoid tiered profit. <br />21. Remove the typo: that. <br />25. As security for the completion of infrastructure — Additional language <br />to be incorporated to address remaining field items such as the top coat of <br />asphalt. A performance bond to guarantee unfinished work was <br />considered. Specific language would also be added regarding flexibility. <br />b. In that the Plans reviewed by the Board administrativelv were <br />• preliminary, no occupancy permits shall be issued until the Applicant <br />complies with any other requirements or specifications that are reasonable <br />required by the Board's engineer for compliance with the Final Site Plans, <br />this decision and recognized best management practices. <br />c. Add: as reouired by above. <br />26. Amendment: No construction may begin before 7:00 a.m. nor continue <br />past 6:00 p.m. <br />27. Snow and Ice Removal. To include language re: applicant or any <br />successful homeowners association to assume snow and ice removal <br />responsibilities, unless and until the Town of Mashpee formally assumes <br />responsibility. <br />28. The Board may select a construction monitor (who may be the Board's <br />engineer) who shall be charged with the general oversight over the <br />construction activities of the project. It was agreed that a proposal would <br />be solicited of the Town Engineer to use as a general scope of the intended <br />function. A monthly report is considered. <br />It was noted neither a consulting engineer nor the building department <br />conducts review of the landscape. It is the responsibility of the architect to <br />• certify the landscape which is part of the design code. <br />
