The Petition seeks a Comprehensive Permit to build a one-story single family <br /> affordable home on a currently undeveloped lot located at 562 Cotuit Road, Mashpee. <br /> Said lot has an area of approximately 12,500 sq. ft. (100" x 225") and is located within an <br /> R-5 Zoning District. The proposal to develop the subject single family residence would <br /> require relief from the minimum lot size and minimum lot frontage requirements of the <br /> Mashpee Zoning Bylaw, §174-31. <br /> Notice was duly given to all abutters and to local boards of the Town of Mashpee <br /> in accordance with the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 40A and General Laws, <br /> Chapter 40B, §21. Notice was also given by Publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 24, 2006, and <br /> again on December 1, 2006, a copy of which is appended hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on December 13, <br /> 2006 at 7:00 p.m., at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />
