This Permit expires if <br /> construction is not commenced within three years of that date. A Request for a two-year <br /> Extension of the Permit was filed on April 28, 2010 by the owner of record, Cape Cod <br /> Cooperative Bank of Hyannis, Massachusetts. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition on May 26, 2010. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals hereby grants a two-year <br /> Extension on the above-referenced Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit. Any appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br /> A Certified Copy can be obtained from the Town Clerk after the expiration of the <br /> 20-day Appeal period pursuant to Section 11 of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter <br /> 40A. This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds. <br />
