November 28, 2006: <br />Minutes amended to reflect on page two, fourth paragraph, second <br />sentence to delete the wording: with two 2' lire paths <br />Motion made by Mr. Furbush to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br />• November 28, 2006 as amended. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Nelson. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />Jobs & Whitines Neiahborhoods — Review of Comprehensive Permit <br />Anolication: <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals re -convened the Chapter 40B <br />Hearing relative to the Jobs -Whitings Neighborhoods, a comprehensive <br />permit application for 382 housing units and approximately 40,900 square <br />feet of commercial and office space located adjacent to Mashpee <br />Commons. <br />It was disclosed the full Cape Cod Commission (CCC) at their meeting of <br />December 14, 2006 approved the commercial portion of the project <br />proposal. It was agreed the Cape Cod Commission, Development of <br />Regional Impact (DRI) submittal would be available in the ZBA Office <br />for review. <br />0 <br />
