• Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />December 18, 2006 <br />Review of Draft Decision Comprehensive Permit ADplication: <br />Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals reviewed outstanding matters <br />pertaining to the draft Decision Comprehensive Permit Application. It <br />was noted the final draft would be presented to the ZBA Board after the <br />close of the Public Hearing. <br />DECISIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />#25. Security for the completion of the infrastructure shown on the <br />Final Site Plans <br />Special Counsel recommended that a covenant be required to <br />guarantee completion of unfinished work. It was agreed <br />representing counsels would further define language pertaining to <br />security. <br />#28. Monitoring <br />• Charles Rowley, Project Engineer would be requested to give a <br />proposal to the Board regarding a scope of intended services <br />relative to general oversight of the construction project. It was <br />agreed that a monthly written report would be presented to the <br />ZBA Board for periodic review. <br />#19. Monitoring Agent <br />Additional language would be incorporated into the agreement to <br />allow the Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee to be an active <br />monitoring participant to protect lottery recipients. <br />PROJECT AND PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: <br />#5.
