• Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />December 18, 2006 <br />DECISIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />13. Stormwater Management <br />It was noted the preliminary plan is base -line feasible for <br />stormwater management. A final operation and maintenance plan <br />for each phase shall be submitted with the Final Site Plans for the <br />review and approval of the Board's engineer. Charles Rowley, <br />Engineer will be consulted regarding this matter. <br />6. Phi <br />It was agreed the Applicant would meet with the ZBA Board every <br />six months to discuss the progress of construction. Seven (7) <br />phases are considered to meet market and affordability. The <br />architect was requested to delineate the tentative phases of <br />construction for additional review. <br />• OLD BUSINESS: <br />For disclosure, it was noted Jobs -Whitings Trust is entirely independent of <br />Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership. <br />There is an outstanding question regarding the ownership of Whitings <br />Road, a paper road and common boundary between Deer Crossing. New <br />construction would not take place on this road until such time ownership is <br />clear and proven. <br />Lots 281 & 282, an area of approximately 7.63 acres is intended to be <br />donated for use as open space, community gardens and pathways. A <br />conservation restriction is anticipated to be approved by the applicable <br />regulatory agencies prior to the approval of the intended phase. The <br />Applicant would assume management until such time the homeowners <br />association would mature to maintain responsibility. <br />A street name is needed for the small road adjacent to the green <br />space/island shown on the plan as Lot 129. Jobs South Main was <br />considered. For the record, Mr. Nelson indicated he is opposed to the <br />civic building also proposed on Lot 129. <br />
