Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />6 July 27, 2005 <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella-Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Eric Dublirer and James <br />Reiffarth. <br />Attorney Jack McElhinney represented the Petitioner at this hearing. They are seeking a <br />special permit to build a pier, ramp and float and are also seeking a variance to exceed the <br />70 foot maximum length by 91 feet. All permits and plans are in place and Conservation <br />Commission has approved the plans. There are no comments from abutters. Marshall <br />Brem moves to grant the special permit. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. <br />So moved. Reference plans from CME Associates, Inc. of Southbridge MA, dated March <br />1, 2005, Project 2005049, and Plans from Horsley Witten Groupof Sandwich, MA, dated <br />February 15, 2005, project 4065. <br />Svrul Lurie: Requests a Variance from Section 174-25 (I)(9) of the zoning by-laws to <br />construct a pier, ramp and float in excess of the maximum 70 feet allowed on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 29 Shoestring Bay Road (Map 84 Parcel 23) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Eric Dublirer and James <br />Reiffarth. <br />Attorney Jack McElhinney represented the Petitioner at this hearing. Marshall Brem votes yes. Zella Elizenberry votes yes. Eric <br />Dublirer votes yes. Jonathan Furbush votes yes. James Reiffarth votes yes. <br />Zella Elizenberry makes a motion to adjourn.
