Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />4 August 24, 2005 <br />• put into the chain link fence as Mr. Wickstom and his attorney Mark Boudreau promised <br />to do. It has yet to be done and Mr. Brem will volunteer to be the person who sees this <br />finished out. Mr. Brem will meet with Lori Corsi on Tuesday and make a conference call <br />to Attorney Boudreau one last time to get this done. It is decided that they will give him <br />45 days to finish this up. Mr. Nelson agrees to have Marshall Brem be the contact person <br />for this. <br />is <br />Mr. Nelson mentions to the Board that there was a question regarding whether or not a <br />board member could take a leave of absence and still retain his membership. Mr. Nelson <br />spoke with Joyce Mason about this and they may not take a leave of absence. They <br />would need to resign their seat. He mentions that they could become an alternate member <br />but would not be able to remain a full board member. Mr. Brem announced that it was he <br />who was asking the question since he and his wife are planning on spending several <br />months at a time in Florida and in England. <br />Minutes — Zella Elizenberry makes a motion to accept the minutes from July 27, 2005. <br />Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />Marshall Brem makes a motion to adjourn the meeting.
