Raul Lizardi said not at the moment, <br /> but hey could plant after construction in the NW corner away from the improvements they are <br /> doing with the septic.Agent talked about some plantings to compensate for the loss of trees. <br /> Overall it's an upgrade from the existing septic system. Representative: Falmouth Engineering. <br /> PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: <br /> • Vote: Performance Bond for 161 Old Barnstable Road <br /> Agent conducted a certificate of compliance inspection for the wetland restoration area &? <br /> deemed it to be-in substantial compliance with the order of conditions. The project <br /> engineer has submitted an"as built plan for the wetland restoration. Agent <br /> recommends that the commission vote to approve the release of the performance bond <br /> associated with the wetland replication work as the wetland area is firmly established' <br /> and does not require additional monitoring;and maintenance requirement with the said <br /> there's been multiple site visits, no rational reason to extend the monitoring since the <br /> area has thrived <br /> Mr.Smith motioned that the Commission has deemed the wetland restoration to <br /> be completed in substantial compliance with the order of conditions issued for <br /> 161 Old Barnstable Rd (DEP file#43-2997) and hereby authorize the release of the <br /> $10,000 performance bond held by the Town Treasurer. <br />
