Shields presented plans. <br />Agent said the property owner needed to repair the existing stairway but wasn't aware of the <br />wetland jurisdiction on this property. Agent issued a violation notice and protocols to bring the <br />situation into compliance. A rebuilding of the stairway was necessary and Agent informed <br />homeowner of the permitting requirements (RDA submittal). He recommends a negative <br />determination with the condition of mitigation planting.
