Continued from 10114 for Shellfish <br />Constable Review. <br />Matt Costa from Cape and Islands Engineering presented plans. <br />Agent said in regards to vista pruning, he has no issue with the corridor. He recommends the <br />linear corridor be replanted. No other comments. He commented on the wetland delineation on the <br />proposed plan and said that high tide bush is present landward of where the wetland <br />delineation is shown on the plan ... it is an obligate wetland species and should thus be <br />delineated as bordering vegetated wetland. Agent stated the project meets the performance <br />standards for BVW and salt marsh. He sees no impact.
