Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Tina Cavanaugh
2 V-05-113
DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE
and much debris was left on the Reed's property. The Board feels this is far too close to
the lot line as well. They make a suggestion to reduce the size of the pool. Mr. Senna
says that she uses the pool for physical therapy—but then says that a smaller pool would
not allow for any diving in the pool. The Board is not pleased with this plan and no one
appears to be in favor of granting this variance. Frederick Borgeson makes a motion to
deny the request for a variance without prejudice. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion.
All agree. Motion is denied.
At the Public Hearing on September 28, 2005, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted
unanimously to Deny the Petition for a Variance Without Prejudice.
GENERAL FINDINGS
1. that the subject property is located at 7 Weather Crescent and contains 11,640
square feet.
SPECIFIC FINDINGS
The Board determined that the applicant did not meet the criteria for the granting
of a variance.
Plans referenced for this hearing are from Hood Survey Goup, LLC, of Sandwich, MA
job no. 05260, dated August 30, 2005.
w
