Application Booklet <br /> Section 1: Under Assessment of Natural Resources in the Vicinity of the Site,the next to last sentence <br /> suggests an adjacent intermittent stream falls withiathe jurisdiction of the Rivers Protection Act. It is <br /> assumed this is an error and in fact does not fall under the Rivers Act jurisdiction based on the evidence <br /> presented. <br /> The adjacent interniitteiit stream is not subject to the jurisdictions of the Rivers Protection Act and <br /> therefore the assumption is correct. <br /> Section 3: Relief request's A-C <br /> A revised,List.of Zoning and Subdivision Rules &Regidations Relief are provided. <br /> Section 4: A.
