The applicant will prepare a new Land Court Plan that will be submitted under a_separate cover. <br /> Section 5: A. McShane Construction Co.Landscape Building.Specifications—driveways constructed of <br /> 3/8'.to %2"bluestone and all other areas except 1,000-square feet of lawn will be treated with wood chips. <br /> All driveways with slopes of greater than 3%will be paved asphalt. All disturbed areas will be re- <br /> established with.vegetation with either loam and grass orplantings. A-PlarztiragPlan will be included <br /> with the Definitive Plan submission. <br /> H. Stormwater Management and Drainage Narrative and Wastewater Treatment System Narrative. <br /> A. The document should be stamped by the professional who prepared it. <br /> The docznnent has been stamped and signed by Richard Claytor, PE. <br /> B. Wastewater concerns within a Zone II water supply protection area. <br /> The proposed wastewater system has been provided to the Board of Health for their review. <br /> C. Storm Water Drainage Design <br /> 1. The drainage system is designed to capture and treat the first 1"of rainfall in compliance with <br /> Regulations. <br /> These regulations are still being Met by the revised design, <br /> 2. . Best management practices of open channel swales,bioretention facilities,infiltration and <br /> drainage piping are all used within the development to attenuate storm water runoff. <br /> The revised drainage system continues to implement the BAIIP's listed above with the addition of curbing <br /> where grades exceed 3%, deep-sump catchbasins where roadside grass-chaniwls cannot be constructed <br /> forpretreatment, and overflow infiltration basins (leachingpits)fr�groundwater recharge and <br /> attenuation during frozen g1^011lld conditions. <br /> 3. Details of the bioretention facilities and overflow rip rap structures are requested. <br /> The applicant has provided a Typical Bior^etention Facility'Detail and Rip Rap Outfall Detail on Sheet 6, <br /> as requested. Also, the location of the bioretentiw ernergeizcy overflow strictures are shown in the Plan <br /> on Sheet 5, labeled EOF These structures provide emergency overflow for an extreme event(>100 yr, <br /> 24-hr storm) and continue to discharge flows to Route 130.that are below the pre-development discharge <br /> rate(see Drainage Calculations). The following description has been added to thenarrative, "The weir <br /> structures are simple 3-foot wide rip-ripped overflow weirs,set at an elevation below the surrounding <br /> rim elevation.of the bioretention system". <br /> 4.
