Rowley&Associates, <br /> dated February 19, 2004. <br /> HW met with Mr.Rowley on February 27,2003,to discuss the Project,the review comments and any <br /> issues that need to be revised in preparation for the Board meeting scheduled for March 10, 2004. <br /> The following is a brief description of the Review Engineer's comments followed by our response in <br /> Italic. <br /> I. Application Booklet <br /> Section 1: Under Assessment of Natural Resources in the Vicinity of the Site,the next to last sentence <br /> suggests an adjacent intermittent stream falls within the jurisdiction of the Rivers Protection Act. Itis <br /> assumed this is an error and in fact does not fall under the Rivers Act jurisdiction based on the evidence <br /> presented. <br /> The adjacent iraterinittern stream is not subject to the,jti risdictions of the Rivers Protection Act and <br /> therefore the assumption is correct. <br /> Section 3: Relief request's A-C . <br /> A revised List of Zoning and Subdivision Rodes&Regulations Relief ar-e provided. <br /> Section 4: A. Proposed Improvements to Goodspeed Meetinghouse Road. <br /> ,The revised layout includes a turn-around,c 11-de-sac, which provides adequate emergency vehicle turn- <br /> around access.
